Looking for ambitious and enthusiastic individuals to join one of our growing sales teams across Radius. You will contact existing and potential customers to introduce them to our innovative products and services, help them find solutions for their business needs, and contribute to generating new opportunities, building customer relationships, and driving commercial growth. You will learn how to communicate effectively, understand customer requirements, and manage the full sales process in a supportive, fast-paced environment. Sales Apprenticeship Programme (S.A.P)
As part of your role, you’ll be enrolled in our Sales Apprenticeship Programme—a structured development journey that runs alongside your Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship qualification. This programme supports your success in the apprenticeship and builds the key skills needed for a long-term career in sales at Radius. You’ll join a wider community of apprentices across our Business units and benefit from development opportunities, including:
- Sales and professional skills workshops
- Networking events with colleagues and leaders across the business
- Mentoring support through our mentorship scheme
- Ongoing learning experiences to support personal and professional growth
Responsibilities
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about Radius products or services using pre-determined sales scripts and templates
- Answer questions about Radius products or business solutions
- Drive conversations to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Keep internal communications up to date and well informed
Qualifications & Skills
- Confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills, including a professional telephone manner
- Motivated by targets and driven to achieve (and exceed) goals
- A team player who also takes ownership and works well independently
- Persuasive and resilient, with the ability to handle objections
- Flexible and open to learning new tools, techniques, and ways of working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Either achieved or on track to achieve 3 A Levels (or equivalent qualifications)
- Eager to grow, improve, and build a successful career in sales
- Strong academic background (year 11 leavers will be considered)
